This is ‘damaged?

I got an alert telling me to delete and redownload the sims two because it exppired or something, figured it made sense so I deleted it and redownloaded. It stopped downloading multiple times and restarted, finally after waiting all day the app was downloaded. Click on it to open it and I get a popup telling me this app is damaged, delete and redownload. I got it off the bloody app store why should it be ‘damaged’ espescially after such a long wait. Not very thrilled right now EA.
