Horrible experience!

Back in March I came upon an experience where my charachters were on vacation as one of them got stuck in a certain area. I followed Aspyr Support’s directions to a “T” and they failed to inform me that this would terminate what I had already built & restore the game altogether. Would also advise any players to enter the cheat code for Sims aging to death. (Ctrl) or Command + Shift + C enter “aging” to turn on/off. Everything I built on another Sims game, the Sim died and unfortunately I could not restore the incident. Easy to say now, game was a waste of time. Now I can find something more productive to do with my life.
